These UW–Madison career events have been announced to date for the Fall 2024 semester. Employers can register for these career fairs via Handshake. Please check back here as future events are announced.
- September 16, 17, 18, and 19, 2024: Engineering Career Fair, Engineering campus. Employer registration is open.
- September 17, 2024: Fall 2024 UW Madison Student-Athlete Career Night, Kohl Center, 6:30-8:30 pm. Employer registration is open.
- September 18, 2024: All-Campus Career & Internship Fair, Kohl Center, 4-7:30 pm. Employer registration is open now.
- September 26, 2024: Risk & Insurance Career Fair, Gordon Commons, 4:30-7:45pm. Employers can register here.
- October 2, 2024: CDIS Career Fair, Varsity Hall at Union South, 10 am – 5 pm. Employer registration is open.
- October 9, 2024: Equity & Inclusion Career & Internship Fair, Varsity Hall, Union South, 4-7:00pm. Employer registration is open.
- October 14, 2024: Tech & Business Career Fair, Virtual via Handshake, 4:00-6:00pm. Employer registration is open.
Generally, registration will remain open until each event is full or two weeks before the date of the fair. Please note attendance for most virtual fairs will not exceed 75 companies per Fair. UW–Madison career fairs are held both virtually and in-person. Virtual events are held using Handshake. Handshake offers detailed guidance for employers, including a Virtual Career Fair training webinar.

The College of Engineering Career Fair supports companies seeking UW-Madison students and alumni at the co-op, summer intern, graduating BS, MS, & PhD levels, as well as professional and experienced alumni, with majors in all engineering disciplines, computer sciences, physics & other STEM fields.

The Real Estate Club Career Fair offers companies the unique opportunity to connect with and recruit over 650 undergraduate, MS and MBA real estate students from the Wisconsin Real Estate Program, which is the #1 Real Estate Program as ranked by the 2022-23 U.S. News & World Report survey. Students are available for internships and full-time employment.
This year’s fair is timed in conjunction with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association Biennial Conference on Thursday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 22 in Madison. Come for the fair, stay for some fun networking with Real Estate Badger alumni!
