Class Projects
Students from the digital media strategies class in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication’s worked on a project for Madison-based American Family Insurance, a corporate partner of UW–Madison. Throughout the semester, students developed a digital media plan to generate awareness of American Family in Atlanta and to leverage the company’s sponsorship of Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons.

Partner with industry on data projects
Companies share their challenges and data with students in the industrial and systems engineering senior design capstone project. They work in teams to tackle significant problems, curated by course instructor and Robert Ratner Chair Professor Raj Veeramani, for local manufacturing companies, healthcare organizations, service businesses such as insurance providers, and more.
Among the integrations, the lab receives data from Rockwell manufacturing floors to use as a part of their course work.
